APPEAL OF BOARD’S DECISION
Pursuant to section 65(1) of the Assessment Act, any person who is affected by the above decision may appeal by way of Stated Case to the Supreme Court of British Columbia on a question of law only. To do so, you must notify the Board in writing and include the question(s) of law that you want the Court to answer within 21 days of your receipt of the Board’s decision.
