Example

Your assessment description says your building has 5,000 square feet of main floor warehouse space and 1,000 square feet of mezzanine office space.  It actually has 4,800 square feet of warehouse space and 1,200 square feet of office space. 

• You could review the building plans to verify the correct square footage and send this to BC Assessment.
• You could also invite BC Assessment to see your property to verify this for themselves.
